Overall great experience and service - however, I believe I was overcharged. I reviewed my original quote details and the work done to my machine was primarily inspection and maintenance. No major parts needed to fix it or a second trip out ($349). I was quoted $249 for basic repair and maintenance, but was told I needed to pay an additional $100 during my appointment for maintenance, which totaled to $349. I’m disappointed with the lack of transparency. Probably will not use this company again, because the work done was minimal and the high charge doesn’t seem to equate the work performed (took less than an hour).
