Highly Recommend – Professional, Reliable, and Quality Work
We hired Victor from VHomes to fully renovate our second-story patio, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the start, Victor was highly responsive—he got back to me the same day I reached out on Thumbtack and came out the very next day to evaluate the project and provide an estimate.
Our patio had been poorly built by previous contractors, and after only two years, it had suffered significant water damage. It was sinking in areas, had holes, and was ultimately unsafe. Victor and his team not only restored it, but rebuilt it far better than it was originally constructed. The new patio is solid, structurally sound, and looks fantastic. I have complete confidence that it will last for years to come.
His crew was professional, respectful, and very clean. Every day, they swept up and kept the area tidy. Despite the patio being connected to our bedroom, they worked quietly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to our daily routine. The project took a little longer than expected due to the extent of the hidden damage, but Victor communicated with us throughout and made sure the job was done right.
After a long search to find a contractor willing to take on this type of project in our area, I’m so glad we found VHomes. We’re already planning to bring Victor back for additional work on our back patio. Highly recommend him and his team for any patio or balcony project you need done.

Working with Victor was very smooth and easy. He and his team did an excellent job, under trying circumstances. My deck is about 900 square feet and a significant portion had to be rebuilt, from the ground up. The job took more time than either of us anticipated, but the final result was a 33 yr. old deck that looked almost new and is now structurally sound.
Victor did an amazing job making a cover with acrylic for my patio. Is price was fair and he completed the job all in one day. Would hire and recommend to anyone.

Second, I make an offer, create a list of materials, and provide a time frame to complete the project.
