- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Whenever possible, we provide fixed-price quotes based on photos. If the project requires an in-person evaluation, we’re happy to schedule a FREE ON-SITE ESTIMATE. For projects billed hourly, our minimum service call is $150. You’ll always know the cost before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make every project as simple and stress-free as possible. We start by understanding your needs and reviewing photos of the project. If necessary, we’ll schedule a FREE ON-SITE ESTIMATE. After that, we’ll provide a clear quote, schedule the work, keep you informed throughout the project, and make sure you’re completely satisfied with the final result.
