It was a spontaneous decision we made on a stormy day, but John drove through the rain from Hobby Airport District to The Woodlands on the same day and gave us a much more affordable quote than the one we had happily received from Mark over the phone. John stayed focused while taking his measurements, but became very personable and friendly afterward. The carpenters arrived two days later and did an excellent job, taking the time to clean up afterward. I just referred their services.

They listened to our desired results and ordered the exact flooring we wanted. Within a day of them receiving it they were able to install. The most stressful part of the the whole process was deciding who to go with and once we decided to go with Shans is was very stress free. They did a great job and a great price.
