Hello Ronisha (client), If you have any concerns with the delivered product I would have you please reach out to me directly for a remedy. I was requested to deliver a few select images for a pre launch which was four days post capture, which I delivered upon. I was told to “take all the time you need editing the rest, hehe fingers crossed 🤞” by text on the day I received a large list of select images. I do believe you had a date in mind for final delivery of the select images, however, this was not discussed past the initial need for pre launch images. When I delivered the final product, not one word or email was given back with an unsatisfactory comment via email or text. During our 2.5 capture which began after I was setup, a total of nearly 800 images were captured of the client. This consisted of a boudoir shoot, headshots, environmental and lifestyle style images including wardrobe changes. A total of 78 “best of” images were sent over for review by the client. Fifty were selected by the client for final delivery, which equals to a 64% satisfactory/acceptable image capture rate as seen, unedited. I notified the client via text that some images would require little to no editing, and also noted via text some would require “a bit more intense editing.” The client then replied back that she “got it,” via text, which one can interpret as as understood communication. A total of 10 boudoir shots were given between 15-30 minutes of retouch per photo, as well as a few headshots and environmental portraits which included wardrobe corrections. My process involves a 16-bit separation process, which separates color from texture and allows for even and smooth adjustment to light and flaws found in the capture. This was discussed via thumbtack and I even provided a sample edit so it is known what I would do and how. I am unsure how the final pictures do not live up to the expectation as the client was made aware some images would be retouched, and some would not as noted via text. However, I was not provided additional requests for a second look. The lights used in my shoots are Profoto B10 Plus units. My soft boxes are also Profoto brand. I brought two of these units over, and most professionals know these are among the best of the best for the type of capture this was, but not many would bring these lights over as they are cost prohibitive. I have noticed the boudoir photos I captured of the client are actively being used in social media, and were posted before and after this re-review arrived. These images have generated over 200 likes, 175 comments, and have increased Instagram followers by 44% from March 22, 2022 through April 26, 2022.
