Joni Kyle is 200-RYT certified and offers yoga classes that focus on meditation, yoga flow, cool down, and relaxation tailored to your needs.
Yoga is a noncompetitive, nonjudgmental form of mind/body exercise that works to develop strength, cultivate flexibility, as well as tone muscles, improve balance and coordination and eliminate toxins from the body. Yoga also helps reduce tension and stress by soothing the central nervous system.
In addition to leading yoga sessions for over 8 years, I am a Reiki Practitioner. Sessions are offered by the half-hour, or hour. The option of added guided meditation and a Vogel Crystal Light Bed is available as well. Prices start at $55 for a half hour, or $77 for an hour.
Reiki centers around opening and healing the chakras. There are seven major chakras in the energetic body. These chakras are wheels of energy that spins and work together when open and fully functioning. Many factors can cause disruption or block a chakra.

Joni put me at ease from the very first communication. I had never gotten Reiki before, but a friend had told me about it. I was unsure what to expect, but she explained the process before everything started.
After my session with her, I felt the places she had said I needed work feel warm, it was different, but comforting. I left feeling so relaxed. I will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you Joni for taking the time to explain everything, and sharing Reiki healing with me.

I had been seeing a therapist for over a year and although I was making progress, I still felt like I was carrying some burdens around and didn't know how to shed them. She took a lot of time to talk with me about what I needed and what i expected. When I was done, I went home and slept for three hours. A very deep, refreshing sleep. It was well worth going!
