- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call and let us make sure that both you and I understand the scope of the job and everything you are looking for. Once we are on the same page we can set up a time at your convenience to make your dream a reality. We will always be competitive in pricing and always far above expectations in knowledge and service. You can be assured that when we have completed the job you will want to tell everyone about your completed project and us!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I graduated U of H with a BS. in aerospace engineering. The space program took a big hit when the US space station was cancelled and became the International Space station. I loved electronics and started a career with Home Theater Store. I designed the best home theater and home automation systems in the industry and have done installations for many of the Houston Rockets along with some very famous directors and Hollywood stars. I found that I enjoyed it so much that I could be more competitive owning my own business and that I would also be able to give my clients better service at a better price this way. I love that the industry is always evolving and changing. Now people have access to fantastic products that are life changing that once only the elite and rich could have.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk with the company and see if you have the same views on the scope of the job. Make sure that the company understands exactly what you need. Understand that there are many companies that do this work and that what sets us apart in the quality of the work. Good service is not cheap and cheap service is not good.
