FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and customized to fit the specific needs and size of your home. Standard and deep cleanings are typically priced at a flat rate based on the scope of the work, while add-on services like organization and laundry can be easily tailored to your budget. I always provide a clear, upfront estimate before starting any job so there are never any hidden fees. Additionally, I offer discounted rates for clients who book recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick conversation to understand your home's size, your specific cleaning goals, and any areas needing special attention. Once we agree on a customized quote and schedule, I typically recommend starting with a deep clean to establish a fresh baseline for your home. After the initial cleaning, I always check in to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results and to discuss setting up a regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule if you would like ongoing maintenance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on professional cleaning experience. Over time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of proper cleaning techniques, safe chemical handling, and surface-specific care—ensuring materials like hardwood, marble, stainless steel, and delicate fixtures are cleaned thoroughly without risk of damage. I continuously stay up-to-date on best industry practices and eco-friendly products to deliver the highest quality standard of clean.
