- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack is a quoting system we use for flat rate pricing based on a certain level of cleanliness. It takes about 1-2 business to properly prepare for your cleaning and properly schedule you. Typical cleaning takes 3-4 hours depending on the size of your home. More complex cleaning may take longer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer through thumbtack step one is getting basic information as a good phone number, email address to properly communicate with each other that's the natural way of communicating. We understand life is busy and sometimes we can't communicate step two is booking Step three Once we arrive at your home we will do a walk through to get a better understanding on what you are needing and then rendering service. Also we will do a walk through at the end of the cleaning to make sure you are satisfied. Then take payment and Thank the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education and/or training we have that relates to our work we provide maid training academy along with 12 years of cleaning homes, and we are always looking for new ways to improve. So my customers educate me everyday.
