We respectfully ask that you schedule an in-person evaluation only if you are seriously considering moving forward with your project. Our goal is to bring professional solutions to our customers, and every appointment requires dedicated time, travel, fuel, scheduling, and professional expertise. Just like plumbers, electricians, appliance technicians, and other skilled service professionals, Complete Touch Restoration LLC charges a $100.00 trip fee for all in-person estimates and site evaluations. Due to the high volume of estimate requests and price-shopping inquiries, we have implemented this policy to help ensure that our time and resources are reserved for customers who are genuinely interested in professional restoration services. $100.00 TRIP CHARGE — PAYMENT REQUIRED PRIOR TO VISIT The $100.00 trip charge must be paid in full prior to our scheduled visit. Payment may be made by: • Zelle • Credit Card • Debit Card An appointment is not considered confirmed until the trip charge has been received. The trip charge covers travel, time, professional assessment, measurements, evaluation of the project, and development of an appropriate scope of work. The good news: If you hire Complete Touch Restoration LLC to perform the approved project, the $100.00 trip charge will be credited toward your final project invoice. As a professional and insured company, we understand that customers may compare companies and pricing. However, we respectfully ask that appointments not be scheduled solely for the purpose of obtaining a price to use when searching for the lowest-priced provider. We focus on quality workmanship, professionalism, proper restoration procedures, dependable service, and long-term results rather than simply competing to be the cheapest option. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team has hands-on training and professional experience in floor cleaning, natural-stone restoration, tile and grout restoration, honing, polishing, grinding, sealing, grout color restoration, and commercial floor maintenance. Complete Touch Restoration LLC continually develops its knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals, diamond abrasives, commercial equipment, surface identification, proper chemical selection, and procedures for working with travertine, marble, ceramic tile, concrete, and other hard-surface flooring. We also emphasize jobsite safety, surface protection, proper equipment operation, quality-control inspections, and manufacturer-recommended procedures to provide professional results for residential and commercial customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Complete Touch Restoration LLC was started from a passion for providing solutions and restoring floors and surfaces instead of simply recommending replacement. Through hands-on experience with tile, grout, natural stone, and concrete, we developed specialized skills in deep cleaning, polishing, honing, grinding, sealing, and complete floor restoration. Owner James Banks, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combined his business education, management experience, and interest in professional restoration to build Complete Touch Restoration LLC.
