Nora has been cleaning for me for something like seven years. She always comes herself and sometimes with one other person, always one of two others, so you get to know them. Nora is very detail oriented, I swear she cleans this place like she lives here. She does laundry, special projects, even is well-connected for gardeners, etc.
I've found her to be completely honest, I pay her for the time she's here, she shows up within a range, but I work from home so I don't really care precisely when she gets here. If you do, I'm sure she'd come right then. I pay her $25/hr per person when she brings a helper.
Communication is great, I always know if she's not going to make it and we make plans right then to reschedule. She's flexible with my schedule and never complains about anything. She prefers phone/text for contact.
