She said she was going to be here at 10am and got here at 10:20am by 12:00pm she was done my house is 4 beds 2 baths and did not even clean one of the bathrooms. It was terrible Do not hire her. I specifically told her what I needed and she agreed to clean my house ceiling to floor those were her words. I should get a refund

I went over the house with your husband and all he pointed out were a few small things and I corrected them. I did clean both of the bathrooms and that's just not true. If you weren't satisfied I would have happily fixed whatever you were unhappy about before I left that's why I do a walkthrough with you I did everything as promised and it wasn't expressed to me you're unhappy until I was gone. as I told you husband if you're not happy with something I'll fix it.
