- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always negotiable, if a price seems to high to a customer they can always let me know and I can bring it down to something they are comfortable with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like asking them what exactly it is that they want cleaning in, also I like to get to know a person in order to be sure that they will be satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a High school graduate and I have many areas of training, also I'm bilingual and eventhough I started working as a cashier I was able to multitask in cleaning, I would have to stay and clean everytime after a shift was over.
