Samantha was very sweet and professional. Vacuumed all pet fur off furniture. Dusted instead of wiping down wooden areas of furniture as requested. I found a small amount of trash on floor, some cleaning supplies left out, trash bags left on deck instead of in trash cans on driveway, used Swiffer instead of wet mop, thus leaving dried spills on tile. I think she spent far more time in living room than intended, thus making her late. I would still use her again. Maybe I just need to clarify my cleaning desires
