Marina was exceptional, I highly recommend her, she was punctual, communicated well, professional and patient with me as I was just moving in to a new place. A girl with a lot of experience has been cleaning my house for 1 year. I am going on a trip and I leave her the key to my house with a lot of confidence. She keeps my house tidy and clean the way I like it. Do you want your house clean? I recommend Marina 10/10.

Pro responded right away and was able to work almost immediately. House was spotless.
Unfortunately I have to edit my review.
My son had a brand new inflatable costume for Halloween. I came home and his battery pack that was inside the costume was nowhere to be found. Contacted pro and she was responsive. She gave me possible locations for the pack. Turns out, it was thrown in the trash. I had to literally dig in the trash bin after searching the house. (Very minor, things happen)
However, I noticed a pair of white earrings missing from my bathroom sink. Didn’t make a fuss about it. It wasn’t until over a week later that I noticed that a very key piece of jewelry that my husband bought me was missing out of my jewelry holder. Not something that I wear everyday so I obviously just noticed that it’s not there. I only keep it in one spot and I couldn’t imagine a reason that it would be moved since it was already in a safe spot. Still, I checked everywhere. I’m very distraught about this since it holds sentimental value and was expensive. I really hate that I have to leave this kind of review

I wasting the all day long just waiting for her and never show up!
I hired her to clean my old house, I’m living 40 min away, 10am my husband started to drove to there to wait for her bc we set up the time at 11:00am today. 12:30pm she still not showed up, we texted and called to asked, she said she sent someone to us but that lady not finished the 1st house. Then she said give her a chance to 2:30pm, again she disappointed us, nobody appear. We still try to wait to 3:30pm, called and texted again, this point no one respone anymore!!!! FEEL LIKE SCAM!!!!!

I’m sorry if that bothered you, my girlfriend had an accident, and you wanted it to be fast, I gave you a price for your cleaning and you told me no, that you could only pay $70 dollars. Remember that my girlfriend’s work is worth it. Many of the clients who have cleaned them pay me as I have told them and they have never had any complaints about my work.
