I was very impressed with Mely's Hoose Cleaning. I needed emergency service, since my initial scheduled cleaner cancelled on me last minute. Mely showed up the very next morning in time. My house was sparkling after a deep cleaning. I can't believe how clean she got my oven. Mely was punctual, thorough but quick, and I can't find a speck of dust. I highly recommend!

Certainly recommend Melissa for the cleaning work. She was right there on time at my home, got everything cleaned perfectly and was courteous enough to us ask for any additional work that we might have. All in all an excellent recommend for people to hire her services.

I spent all day in the ER with my oldest daughter. She has been ill for weeks and her house was a mess. I needed someone who could come into clutter and clean anyway. Mely did that and more. Mely impressed me first with her responsiveness in the communication process. She replies quickly and doesn't leave you hanging. She was friendly, but not chatty. She got straight to work. She asked the right questions. She had originally told me she could come at 11:00, but I asked if we could move it up earlier and she said yes. She was running about 2 minutes late and texted me to let me know. That is such great service. The house no longer smells of dog and cat, and it feels clean and warm and wonderful inside. I have never used a service like this before, on an app... but I am really glad I gave it a chance.
