This is an excellent company. First, I had the pleasure of having Perfectly Polished Cleaning Service to set up a cleaning for a move out. They was knowledgeable, professional, kind & helpful. 2 ladies phoned 30 minutes prior to arrival. They were equipped with all of the necessary cleaning supplies/equipment. They actually left the house cleaner than when I first moved in. They really did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. Thank you

Stand behind your service and word. The lack of detail in your cleaning lead to me being charged a fee upon my moveout. I was billed for something that you all were supposed to clean. When I notified your company, I was told that I would be refunded the fee charged. Now a little over two months later, I have not been refunded the money the apartments charge me for having an unclean bathroom. There was no response from the company when I tried to follow up.
