I needed a last minute cleaning for selling my home. Pretty Maid showed up the same day as my request. They did an amazing job. Clean clean clean. Very friendly and hard working. I will definitely be using Pretty Maid again!

The absolute worst experience ever. After miscommunications about expectations when she arrived, we did a walk through of the entire house and she agreed to the job. Even asked if I wanted oven and refrigerator cleaned. She and her partner did not appear to have any experience with housecleaning. Disorganized, unprofessional, AND dishonest. I was lied to about a room being vacuumed, clearly it was not so she decided she would sweep the carpet! Then admitted her vacuum wasn’t working. Evidence of snooping in drawers and cabinets! The few mirrors that were cleaned were worse than before they started! Dripping water and smudges were visible. When I asked about the poor quality of work, I was told they don’t windex AND she said they don’t vacuum! Did not wipe stainless appliances at all, did not wipe large kitchen island. Anything they wiped had so many streaks I had to redo it all. They used 3 rolls of my paper towels and took a cleaning rag with them they borrowed. The partner (cousin) locked herself in my bathroom for an extended period of time. They spent alot of time at my house but not cleaning it. Spot cleaned some areas of the floors but they were left with visible dirt all over. None of the bathroom floors were touched with a broom or mop! I was VERY uncomfortable with them in my home. Pictures below are after cleaning!

Thank you for the review sorry you had a bad experience but why you didn’t show the pictures of the other parts of the house!! You was very confused and I recommend anyone who wanna visit this lady house do not visit do not work with her. She was a horrible lady
