- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly my prices are reasonable and affordable standard prices are implemented based on how long the task takes to be completed or if any unexpected changes have been made by the customers. Discounts can be made depending on the circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be actively listening to the customer. Figured out what is needed/or what they want to be done. the second thing is if a problem occurs identified it, and offer a solution that will be suitable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years of job experience related to this field of work. ( Cleaning, painting, small preventative maintenance, organizing, repairing, replacing, moving)
