- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our residential standard cleanings start at $80 and are flat-rate based on the home’s square footage and the type of service (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out). Transparent pricing: All rates and time estimates are listed on our website so there are no surprises. Add-ons: Optional services such as inside oven, fridge, or cabinets are available for a small flat fee. Discounts: Thumbtack exclusive: 10% off every clean after the first initial service. 15% off for active/retired military, educator, and/or first responder with valid proof. Fees: If a home requires significantly more time than the booked service due to heavy dirt or clutter, extra time is billed at $40/hr with your approval first. If approval is not granted, we will cease service. We provide all eco-friendly supplies and equipment at no extra charge. Please be sure to advise if you would like for us to use any tools/supplies prior to or at start of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick online booking or custom request form to gather your home size, service type (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out), and any special notes. Confirming Service & Payment: We confirm details via call or text, send an invoice, and collect full payment via Thumbtack to hold the appointment. Service Day: Our team arrives on time with all eco-friendly supplies and follows a detailed cleaning checklist matched to your chosen service. Walk-Through: After cleaning, we do a final walk-through (if you’re home) or send photos if requested. Ongoing Care: For recurring clients, you can easily adjust frequency or add extras—like interior fridge or oven cleaning—anytime. Our goal is a seamless, stress-free experience from first click to sparkling finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential and small-commercial cleaning techniques, including detailed sanitation, eco-friendly product use, and surface-specific care. Owner/Management: Completed industry-recognized courses in hygiene and OSHA safety standards. Staff: Each contractor receives hands-on training using our SereneLuxe Cleaning Standard & Deep Clean SOPs, covering everything from proper chemical handling to time-management for different square footages. Ongoing Education: We stay current with EPA Safer Choice guidelines and best practices for green cleaning to ensure a healthy, safe environment for every client. This combination of formal training and our own rigorous internal program guarantees consistent, high-quality results.
