- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different prices for different cleaning task. We are able to customize a customers price accordingly with the type of cleaning that’s needed. We off standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move in/out cleaning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we always tell a customer what our business offers, and ask what are your expectations as a customer? We determine what cleaning works best for the customer. After going over our checklist, Set up a cleaning date and time that works best , we show up and complete the job and send a invoice. We always leave the customer home with a top tier cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have from 5-10years of cleaning experience backed by professional training on house cleaning as well as commercial and rental spaces cleaning we always keep up with sanitation guidelines
