I gave this company a 1 based on their poor communication and lack of customer service. I scheduled a service for the day before Thanksgiving. My appointment was confirmed via Thumbtack the day of the appointment. I never heard from them prior to my appointment time. So I called him to say hey are you guys still coming? The guy didn’t know what I was talking about. He had no record of my appointment. After going back-and-forth with him questioning if I really spoke with someone it was determined that this person did not communicate with the other person, so my appointment was never set. I am annoyed and frustrated as I relied on this company to provide this service I desperately needed prior to Thanksgiving day. I had find another company at the last minute it was a big inconvenience for me.
