Lovie was very responsive and very nice. She was able to give me a quote and then clean my apartment for move-out a few days later. She did a very good job. The only reason she did not get five stars is because I got dinged $20 by my old complex for a stain on my carpet. I have no idea what this could have been since I do not recall ever spilling anything in my room. They might have done it just because they can, but I cannot say for sure.

Thanks for your kind words! I'm not sure how you getting charged $20 for a stain on your carpet by your apt complex has to do with the service I provided. I was not responsible for cleaning your carpet only to provide a move out cleaning of the unit. I NEVER eat on the job due to these reasons.

Her services were phenomenal! She was very punctual and polite and did a great job at cleaning the full apartment. When I entered the door, I immediately smelled cleanser and knew that she had done an EXCELLENT job. I would definitely use her again!
