We had a popped corner on our foundation that we were concerned may be a larger issue. Called to have it looked at and were offered an appointment right away. We were immediately told it wasn’t anything serious and told it could be fixed for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

If I could give this company a 10 star review I would. I had 4 companies provide me an estimate, and I was provided 4 different recommendations for repair. Only 2 companies used the device to measure the depth of disruption in my foundation. The other 2 other companies told me I had a foundation issue without measurements and no noticeable cracks on the outside (my cracks were on the inside). One of those companies was eager to start my repairs until I told them I was under warranty and I would need to use their review to submit to my builder. The other company back tracked, after I told them about the warranty, and said it the builder was involved I would need to hire a structural engineer and they would need follow the engineer’s plan. PR Foundation came in and did their measurements, which matched the measurements of the other company that took measurements, except for the garage. Trey and Sara explained to me that the garage should not be measured using the same method as the other parts of the house because garages are made to have a slant to avoid flooding (the other company used the same device resulting in the variance). Sara used a level and let me confirm everything she was doing. Sara provided me a copy of her measurement report and indicated that everything was within normal limits. Trey and Sara stayed until all my questions were answered. Prior to their final evaluation, they even explained in detail what would be covered and what wouldn’t be covered in their estimate if a foundation repair was needed. I can’t adequately explain how much l appreciated their professionalism and honesty. They saved me a bundle!!!! You rarely see this level of honesty. If you need an evaluation of your foundation I would HIGHLY recommend Sara and Trey!!!!

The team at PR Foundation did a great job for me with the replacement of my fence. They modified the job on the spot and worked extra on weekend to get my project t completed on time. Nice people, that does quality work. I definitely recommend them for others.

We requested an 8.5 foot fence, which is super tall. The work was perfect. Communication on point. Cleanup of the area and trimming bushes for the fence build was appropriate and thorough. The crew was very polite and courteous.
