After first meeting John we quickly developed a rapport and John was able to assist me with stress and tension that had been affecting my physical posture and health for some time. I immediately felt the benefits of his treatment and this has also transferred to an increase in motivation and improvements with my fitness and health goals. John gave me practical, useful tools that I have incorporated into my daily life. Shortly after this my friend was dealing with chronic depression, I immediately contacted John and he was able to make some time to see her the very next day, the change in my friend's outlook after some time with John was truly remarkable! I myself have worked as an addiction counsellor for over 13 years and know that John is a highly skilled, compassionate practitioner with a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend others to put their trust in John to assist them.

Incredible transforming life experience, I have peeled off many layers of trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression, while losing over 30 lbs. in the process. This is the first time in my life, I have felt truly relaxed, peaceful, and present with myself and others. I have removed the stress, pain, and blame. As a result, I feel stronger and more empowered. My bliss is back and I wake up with a smile and wanting to really enjoy my life. The changes I have made with seeing John are immeasurable and I wish I had access to this choice years ago, because of how I am feeling now.

John is a gift. It's very rare to meet someone that not just wants to help you but *truly* wants to help you in attaining your goals and to be the best person you can possibly be. He is intuitive, kind, and passionate in his work. That's the feeling I got when I first met John, and I think his sincere desire to help is in itself a valuable motivating force in my treatment. It may be early for me to rate the effectiveness of his hypnosis after only one session (which he was very generous with in both time and fee), but I have already noticed small changes in myself in being more assertive and free of worrisome thoughts. To add more testimony and thoughts about John: while we were wrapping up my session John invited my fiancee inside to discuss the process and his findings for me so far (my fiancee had an upcoming appointment for herself). She was having one of her many anxiety attacks by chance, and John immediately had her in the chair for a brief hypnosis session. It took about two minutes for her anxiety attack to go away. She stated she's never had it go away so fast before, even with medication. John is very humble and stated during my session that we all have something to add to the creative consciousness. I think he means to say that after being able to help and treat me, that I myself will also be a gift.
