FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual Hypnotherapy sessions are $200 for 60 minutes or $250 for 90 minutes. The longer session allows additional time for deeper exploration, hypnosis, and integration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free 20 min consultation to learn more about your goals, answer any questions, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. During our first session, we'll explore your history, current challenges, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through hypnotherapy. From there, I create a personalized approach tailored to your needs. Sessions may incorporate clinical hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, guided imagery, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and subconscious exploration. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, confidence, habits, stress, trauma recovery, smoking cessation, weight management, sleep concerns, spiritual exploration, or personal growth, our work is designed to align with your unique goals. Each session includes time for discussion, hypnosis, and integration so you leave with practical tools and insights you can continue using between sessions. Healing is a collaborative process, and I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can explore, heal, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a Master of Social Work degree and have over two decades of experience supporting individuals and couples through healing, growth, and life transitions. My advanced training includes: EMDR, Somatic Experiencing®, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Grief Educator / Facilitator and clinical hypnotherapy. I am also trained in Jungian dreamwork, guided imagery, and mindfulness-based approaches that support lasting change at both the conscious and subconscious levels. My work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with mind-body approaches, allowing clients to address patterns held in the nervous system, subconscious mind, and lived experience. I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly pursue advanced training in trauma healing, hypnosis, dreamwork, and somatic therapies to provide the highest quality care for my clients.
