- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. In fact 99% of the time we are able to beat or match our competition's pricing. We are in the business of creating customers for life and we understand that in order to achieve that we must provide quality work at reasonable pricing. Our estimates are free!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are good at communicating in person, by email or phone or text. Some customers prefer face to face contact for the initial conversation about the project and others prefer to ask questions over the phone. Whether you prefer face to face communication or email, text or phone we will be there to answer your questions. We always like to first visit the project site to have a visual understanding or your project. Regardless of how big or small your project may be, we will be there to shake your hand and meet you. We will go over pictures of similar work we have done and answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a group of experts in different fields all related to home improvement. We have vast experience performing the work we do. This experience has been gained through many years in the field and tested by our customers. The quality of our work speaks for itself and therefore we are constantly referred by our customers to friends and family.
