- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique hence our prices are customized for each project. We try to meet our clients at affordable prices for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we want to understand what the client need and why (scope). Secondly, we try to assure our clients that we understand their need and we will be able to satisfy that need in a timely manner. Thirdly, we try to offer our expertise at an affordable and reasonable basic price. We love it when our clients are expressive about their budget for a project rather than just going with the lowest bids which sometimes leads to disappointment. We have had to carry out corrective and repair works severally. Fourthly, we work with our clients to set the project start date and time that works best for them within our ability. The final step will be a work through preferably with client and a checklist in hand to ascertain project completion to the satisfaction of our clients. We encourage our clients to mention any concerns or observations they may have and we will take steps to address them immediately.
