What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of the hardest things is nailing down an estimate over the internet. Although we have "typical" prices for certain projects, every job is a little different. But that's why we are happy to offer FREE on-site estimates and have the opportunity to communicate face to face with you, and listen to exactly what you are wanting!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very simple actually. Once we get eyes on the project (and talk to you about what you are wanting) we write up an estimate for you. If you agree, we proceed, and set up a good time(for both of us) to start the project. We also would mention that we aim to be VERY precise and detailed with our estimates, so there are no major surprises during the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just a few decades of first hand experience painting, hanging drywall, wallpaper installs etc.
