I feel I'm being generous with 2 stars, however others seem to have had a good experience, and I know my situation was more unique. I needed my yard done in a hurry, and there were a ton of leaves, after receiving a (very) low bid, I cautioned him about the leaves and said that I would be more than happy to pay more if (t)he(y) did the work and to leave me an updated bill. Apparently someone swung by, kicked some leaves around and left, not word one from anyone after that until I contacted them later to try to coax them back out. It was agreed that I would shortly be sent an updated quote which I never received. Unfortunately, my lawn was left uncleared for my event, and later I hired someone else to help me do the lawn myself.
