Eli with TruePath Landscaping was responsive to my request. He was professional when he called to ask about what I was looking for. We made an appointment for him to come out to look at my area and he showed up exactly when he said he was. We talked about what I wanted and he gave me a very fair estimate and we scheduled a time for him to come out. The job was done over a span of two days and he was very responsive in his communications to let me know where he was at in the progress of the job. The work came out better than what I was expecting and they did an amazing job.

Eli from TruePath Landscaping completed an initial walkthrough on 2/17th, agreed on pricing, and tentatively scheduled a two-day work window for the following week (26th/27th). As a gesture of good faith, I canceled another scheduled walkthrough and informed him. We agreed he would send a list of recommended plants, and I would send a note with action items over the weekend to keep things moving. Due to health issues and a family hospitalization and death, I was delayed and contacted him on 2/23rd by phone to confirm the plan. He said the project was no longer scheduled because his current client extended their work and he had other jobs lined up. He had not followed up or sent the promised plant list, so earlier that day I had already ordered about 20 plants for delivery. He stated he doesn’t have time to follow up with clients on Thumbtack, then said he would check his schedule and let me know by the end of the day. He never followed up. I waited. No text. The next day I messaged him on Thumbtack—no response. Because I had already committed to plants, soil, fertilizers, and seedlings, I now have to find another pro who follows up and honors commitments. Beware. This pro is unreliable, unprofessional, and unsavory.
