Pretty efficient, good work. Some language barrier issues but they came prepared with an iPhone to translate. Hoped to not have the grass clippings shred into our raised beds but it is kind of everywhere. They finished within an hour.

Very responsive. After they came, they started negotiating price quoting windows were large and will cost extra. I had sent pics of all rooms and it didn’t seem fair to negotiate after agreeing on the prices. Bathroom cleaning was good but other places was average. I had to point many places that they had left out and they were not willing to clean even whey they could clearly see that they had not cleaned.
