I gave them a five star rating purely because of the owner. He really cares about the quality of the work done by his employees. He's a great guy and if you're not satisfied for any reason, he'll do everything in his power to make it right. My lawn is gorgeous.

My experience wasn’t good. I spent a lot of money and received dead grass that wasn’t replaced as promised. I had my entire front lawn resodded and they brought out lots of dead grass patches. When asked to have them replaced, I called several times and was promised new grass sod replacements. Gus gave me numerous stories but never showed up to replace my dead sod. So we came out of more money to fix dead grass. They arrived on time to lay the sod, so that was a plus even though Gus didn’t show up as promised only his workers. Fast forward to October, still haven’t heard from Gus or the company. So this was my experience. Broken promises and lies. Then eventually no contact. So sad for the amount of money you spent.
