I hired this company to completely redo all my front garden beds for $2,800. Unfortunately, the work was careless and left me with bigger problems than I started with. They installed landscape fabric/tarp but didn’t cut somenholes for my sprinkler heads or for proper drainage. After the first rain, my beds started flooding badly because water was pooling on top of the tarp killing the plants. I had no choice but to cut the holes myself just to stop the flooding. When I contacted them about the issues, they said they would come back and fix everything at no extra charge. That was the last I heard from them. I followed up multiple times with texts and voicemails and got complete radio silence. No response whatsoever. For nearly three thousand dollars, I expected a professional, finished product and basic accountability. I would advise against using this company. Look for a more reliable landscaper who actually completes the work properly and stands behind what they do.

For the landscaping job completed March 30, you texted me about the (1) drain box and the irrigation hose I replied that same day and offered to come back to fix both issues and add gravel at no charge to make it right and you replied that you will cut it so will draining in was no need to come back also on the irrigation small hose you text me to get it when you were ready to do the lawn service so I agreed to it . I wish I can upload the screen shot of our text on the app . We’ve serviced your property regularly for over a year, typically every other month to every 3 months. You’ve reached out by call or text for service, and we’ve always responded and scheduled promptly. That’s why this is frustrating — we pride ourselves on being reachable for our repeat clients. I’ve checked my call and text logs and don’t show any missed calls or additional messages from you after my March 30 reply. I gave them a five star rating purely because of the owner. He really cares about the quality of the work done by his employees. He's a great guy and if you're not satisfied for any reason, he'll do everything in his power to make it right. My lawn is gorgeous.
