I wrote a review about these guys on May 4, 2015. saying that these guys were excellent in their work. But little I knew at that time that I was doomed. Only later I came to know that these guys a terrible job on my sprinklers when I hired other people to fix the mess they did. Issues like exposed pipes, not burying the pipes deep enough, cheap control box etc were visible to me only in a few months... and these guys even gave us wrong color trees in backyard..and when I called to fix it, the manager Ahmad, insulted saying that we are lying... He was rude and even told we didn't pay him enough for the job and didn't agree to do anything about it and kept blaming us back. I even signed a contract with these guys for an year..but I was so fed up with multiple issues with their lawn service plans, sprinkler system and even patio stones they put to us were cracking just in a few months... that I had to break their contract early... Terrible experience for a first time home owner and I will never recommend these guys. They don't care about customer satisfaction once they get their money. Their Lawn mowing guys were not regular people at all. I saw 5-6 changes in the 7-8 months I was with them and they were way overpriced for the value you get. Will DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone

Classic switch and bait. The price in thumbtack for lawn mowing was $25 for less than 1000 sqft for mowing every two weeks. When I contacted them they changed the price to $78/month or a more complicated plan for $100 a month. They said that the reason is that “work circumstances“ are different . I am not sure how they got that from my address and what specifically is different about this work circumstance that they raised the price by almost 50%.

They do NOT provide lawn service as stated at $30. Gave me the most expensive quote of anyone

While the normal mow and blow is quite satisfactory, STL staff's attention to details is not good. On the third visit, they broke the cover off of the electrical wiring hole in the backyard.

Prompt responses to any inquiry. Very professional and the yard looks fantastic.
