- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand pricing is important to our clients. We want our clients to have a WINNing experience at a reasonable price. With that being said, we have some standard pricing for things that are standard and customer prices for things that are not standard. For example, AC maintenance and lawn care maintenance, these we have standard prices. However, if your AC has never been maintained or your lawn hasn't been maintained in 3 weeks to a month or longer these prices will be custom.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Creating a WINNing experience for you, our customer is our number one priority. Our customer educating us on what they want is our first step. We seek to gain this by listening and asking informative questions so that we can fulfill your expectations and sometimes we find out that we aren't a great fit for some clients expectations. We try to make this assessment either in-person or virtually, maximizing the use of technology. Once we have agreed upon the service/product and pricing, we will move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has almost 8 years of hands-on field experience in the HVAC/R industry from residential, commercial, and new construction. Plus, he's been the Director of Operations over a huge non-profit in Houston, Agape Development, managing over 6 million dollars in assets, including 3 offices, a hotel, several rental homes, staff and contractors. Moreover, we strive to continue to grow in our education so that we can provide a WINNing experience for you!
