Carl is very professional.
He made sure he wasn’t in the way of our household and was considerate. The assemblies that Carl did on our furniture and kids’ toys were exceptional!

Team Winn is amazing!! We really had a wonderful experience with Carl. He assembled 2 chaise lounges, an outdoor dining set and a patio furniture set for us. The scope of work was more than he expected but he still stayed until 2am to get the job done! I would highly recommend Team Winn for any of your assembly needs. We had four bathroom ventilation fans installed, with the ducting placed ready for our roofers to install the roof vent. Carl did a great job, was courteous and easy to work with, and responsive to our texts and calls. We would hire him again!

Carl is upbeat and positive. He was responsive to all communications. He set up a video conference so he could assess the jobs. He arrived on time. He explained everything he did as he completed each project. Each job was well done. I will contact him again when I have other jobs!

Very professional and he took his time completing my projects. He kept me aware of his arrival time, until he arrived. I was also asked my opinion throughout the completion of the projects, I will definitely use his services again. Most importantly, I felt comfortable having him in my home as s single female. Safety is so important right now and I'm hesitant about reaching out for help outside of my inner circle, but I need things done. His conversation was polite and professional. Moving my refrigerator gave him a tough time but he got it done. Many thanks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand pricing is important to our clients. We want our clients to have a WINNing experience at a reasonable price. With that being said, we have some standard pricing for things that are standard and customer prices for things that are not standard. For example, AC maintenance and lawn care maintenance, these we have standard prices. However, if your AC has never been maintained or your lawn hasn't been maintained in 3 weeks to a month or longer these prices will be custom.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Creating a WINNing experience for you, our customer is our number one priority. Our customer educating us on what they want is our first step. We seek to gain this by listening and asking informative questions so that we can fulfill your expectations and sometimes we find out that we aren't a great fit for some clients expectations.
We try to make this assessment either in-person or virtually, maximizing the use of technology. Once we have agreed upon the service/product and pricing, we will move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has almost 8 years of hands-on field experience in the HVAC/R industry from residential, commercial, and new construction. Plus, he's been the Director of Operations over a huge non-profit in Houston, Agape Development, managing over 6 million dollars in assets, including 3 offices, a hotel, several rental homes, staff and contractors.
Moreover, we strive to continue to grow in our education so that we can provide a WINNing experience for you!
