- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For anyone curious about our services, I offer a complimentary introductory phone call to ensure we have a good connection that will lead to a productive coaching relationship. At that time, we can discuss your needs, and the best approach to get you through your current challenge. We offer a variety of pricing arrangements and options that are tailored to fit your needs, which we can discuss during our introductory phone call. We offer discounts on our Career Journey packages (refer to our photos for a copy of the brochure with more details), as well as discounted six, nine and twelve session packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a brief, complimentary phone conversation to make sure we are a good fit, and to assess your needs. From there, we will discuss next steps of arranging subsequent sessions, if we both feel that there is a strong connection that will lead to a productive coaching relationship. Without a certain level of comfort, a coaching relationship will not be as productive for either side. I coach my clients remotely by phone or Zoom throughout the US. I am located in Houston, Texas. All scheduling is handled through an online scheduling system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CTA certified life coach, a Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC), have a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in accounting, and have over 15 years of managerial experience in a multitude of settings in the corporate world. I have been coaching people for over 20 years in various capacities. The experience I have gained in the corporate world is invaluable in working through career issues - I spent many years on the managerial side and understand both the needs of the business and the needs of the individual, and how there must be a balance of both to make a situation healthy and positive.
