- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*False lashes and airbrush makeup are included for all makeup applications, traditional makeup can be requested if you prefer. There is no price difference for airbrush or traditional makeup. - Makeup Only $165 - Hair Style $165 - Hair Styling & Makeup for a special event or photo session is $300 for 1 person or $285 per person for 2 or more people - Bridal Hair & Makeup is $315 - Bridal Trial (Hair & Makeup) $315 - Bridesmaid Hair & Makeup $265 Appointments are available at our studio and on-location. Travel fees are calculated as: # of miles X # of artists X 2 = $ Total travel fees Our studio is located at 11011 S. Wilcrest Dr. Suite K Houston, TX 77099 Booking Minimums: Our minimum to travel on a Saturday is 4 or more services. The 4 services can include a mixture of adult hair and makeup applications If you would like us to travel to you and waive the 4 service requirement, add a minimum fee of $150 to your total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand choosing the right hair and makeup artist is important so we make our booking process simple, smooth, and stress-free so we can get to the fun part. 1st We'll talk with you to understand what beauty services and how many you need for your requested appointment. Then, there are 2 Steps to book an appointment with Polished Makeup & Hair: 1. Complete our booking proposal (sent to your email) 2. Submit your 50% retainer That's it! 🙌 After that, your appointment will be added to our schedule. Our booking proposal will include the # of services you're booking with us along with all of our other appointment details, like location, timeline, guidelines, and more. It's an exciting time and we hope you enjoy our entire Polished beauty experience, from booking to the very end of our appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Moshir Makeup Academy in 2010, where I learned how to grow as an artist and perfect my craft. I am still continuing my education by taking classes and workshops. I also teach makeup classes and do continuous Polished team training at The Makeup Artist Project in Houston, Texas 💄
