Leslie was my makeup artist for my bridal portraits as well as wedding day. She is very professional, timely, organized and detail oriented. During the trial run she was honest and gave me great suggestions after listening to my requests. She was very calm and responded so understandingly as a few chaotic events unfolded the morning of my wedding day (including a change in venue where the makeup application was to be held after she already arrived and set up). She did a phenomenal job and I loved my makeup for both the bridal portraits and on the wedding day. I was extra happy that my makeup stayed on all day long with minimal touchup. Without hesitation, I would recommend Leslie to anyone who is looking for a makeup artist. I look forward to booking her for future events...may be I can convince hubby dearest for a vow renewal!?!

I contacted Leslie for a makeup lesson. She responded immediately with her availability. She asked me a few questions to see what I was hoping to learn. I explained that I felt like as I age I wasn't equipped with the proper techniques to apply makeup to correct the changes I'm not thrilled about and enhance the features I do like. My lesson was yesterday and Leslie arrived promptly with makeup case in tow, fully loaded and ready to go. She was so patient with me, she went through the makeup and brushes I already owned and told me which items were useful and, pointed out products that I didn't have that I may want to invest in. The great thing about this was I knew Leslie had nothing to gain by suggesting a brush or makeup item. She didn't care who or where I bought the items from. She also pointed me to quality products at reasonable prices in case I didn't want to spend a fortune trying to apply my makeup. When a product really mattered she told me it's worth the investment. Many times when I go to cosmetic stores / beauty supply stores I feel like there are always vendors there pushing their product and the sales people are too. I often wonder if they truly think those products are best for me or if they have something to gain by making the sale.
She allowed me time to jot down notes as she taught me how to apply my makeup and she gave me great explanations as to why she goes in the order she does and anatomical landmarks to follow when I'm doing this myself. The finished product was more than I could have asked for. I don't usually walk around looking in the mirror but to be honest I couldn't help myself, I felt fantastic! I think every novice and those needing refreshers would definitely benefit from a class with Leslie!

Leslie was my makeup artist for my wedding. She did a fantastic job! I could not have been more pleased. She was on time. She had every shade of makeup imaginable. She LISTENED to what I wanted, what look I was going for and have me exactly that except even better than I imagined! She has also been the makeup artist fora few other people I know and her range as a makeup artist is very broad. She can accomplish any look.

Leslie Zachariah did my make-up for my engagement session and wedding. She did an amazing job! I wanted a natural, classy look with more drama in the eyes. She nailed it! The real endorsement comes from my husband who really prefers me not to wear any makeup or have a very natural look. He loved how my makeup turned out on the wedding day. I also love that my make-up looked so flawless in the pictures (from the iphone pics to the professional pics). She is professional, kind and fun to work with! Will definitely use her the next time I need my make-up done for an event!

Leslie did an absolutely amazing job on my makeup for my wedding day. It was certainly natural and glamorous all at the same time which was the look I was going for. She is an excellent artist and will work with you to achieve "your perfect look".
