- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Various discounts are available including monthly installments, sliding scale, and other discounts as well. Contact office manager for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session allows for an overview of what the client's expectations are and allows the client(s) to get to know the therapist and therapist's style. A treatment plan is devised for all clients, usually by the third session so that the client and therapist have clear direction regarding the goals and objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
