- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Consultation "We offer a free initial 20-minute phone consultation. During a consultation, We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. We can discuss things like what to expect from Coaching and what you are looking for. We can also discuss your concerns and your reason for seeking coaching to ensure that we will be a good fit for working together." All Hourly Fees/Rates are $85.00 per hour. We offer in-person, phone or Skype coaching: 30 Minutes = $45.00 45 Minutes = $65.00 1 Hour = $85.00 2 Hours = $170.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by a prospective client, we offer a free 20-minute phone session to discuss their need for our services and to determine if we would make “a good fit’. During this time we obtain their email address, for a couple, we get both (so that same info is sent to each). We discuss what we hope will benefit them in our sessions, the types of material that they will receive with inspiration and helpful info about similar issues such as theirs. The email also tells them how to proceed, stating the cost of the session per hour, and how to schedule a session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Leonard and Florence Campbell are the founders of The Way Education and Counseling Center, LLC. They are both Certified Anger Management Facilitators (CAMF), and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, Board Certified Belief Therapist (BCBT), Pre-Marriage/Marriage and Family Counselors, Professional Life Coaches, and Pastoral Care Specialist. They have been married for 59 years as of June 2019.
