Winston was friendly, courteous, and professional. Response time was fast. Most importantly, he was able to retrieve my earring. It was stuck down my bathroom sink and I couldn’t reach it nor did I want it to fall all the way down. He was able to come to my home the next day which was awesome! I also showed him other things I needed done and he acknowledged being able to complete those repairs so I will be using him again!
