Jonathan, the crew leader, is wonderful. It is such a pleasure working with him. He immediately responds to all of the texts and/or phone messages. Our water heater burst and left us with water in the walls, ceiling, carpet, built-in bookshelf etc. I contacted Buffalo to get an estimate for the repairs and Jonathan came out within a few hours, told us what to expect (and how to involve insurance in the process), and got started with the water mitigation process quickly. They were extremely careful about throwing up plastic and blocking out areas so we did not have excess materials/chemicals going through the house (I appreciated that because of asthma). As soon as they confirmed the house was dry, they started rebuilding everything. Their rebuild looks better than it was before. Their employees worked quickly and diligently throughout the process, always showed up on time, and well within their estimated time-frame our house was up and running again. Jonathan always communicated well, checked in on everything, and made sure we were aware of all the work being done. He was excellent throughout the process and made this first-time (bad) experience a breeze. I would recommend Buffalo to anyone who needs help with water mitigation/re-building/remodeling.

They did water mitigation and reconstruction to my laundry room due to a busted pipe. They did the work quickly and neatly. The baseboards look great, they painted the room and I switched out the cabinet to a new one I purchased. I am very happy with their service.

I hired Buffalo to remediate some rain damage in my detached studio at my home. They were able to come out the same day, assessed and went to work fixing my problem, and had it dry and able to pass inspection within a few days, and then remodeled, found the source of the rain problem and fixed it. They were quick, well priced and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them!
