- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching pricing listed is for one session but when you book multiple session the price decreases. Speaking price varies depending on the size of the audience it can either more or less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are a coaching client, we will generally talk for a few so I can get an understanding of the area you need help in. I will let you know at that point if I can help you or not. If I can't help you there will be no charge. If I can I will let you know what I can do and we will go from there. In my experience, you would need a minimum of 2 to 3 sessions in order to obtain any results.
