We do a minimum of four hours of service. once we enter the next hour, it's a full hour Moving can be very stressful and difficult, but best price professional movers have simplified it. Our excellent movers do move passionately. We offer ASAP services, though, at a little higher price because of the urgency that such request comes along with. Rudolf and his team were great! Very quick and fast! They were able to move all of our belongings including a 500lb BBQ Pit with no issues! Highly recommend them!

Rudolph and team worked non-stop to wrap and load and then to unload our household belongings to storage. Rudolph is quite personable and high responsive to specific requests. We had a specific loading sequence we wanted to follow. Rudolph and team were accommodating. We have a planned cross-state move in a few months and I will reach to Rudolph for that move as well.

They did a great job getting out stuff moved out of a storage into the new house. It was nice to start unpacking with all of the boxes and furniture in the right place and the bed already assembled. I'd hire them again!

I'm always apprehensive, but a TON of pros versus 2 cons. He was extremely fast; way faster than I expected because they didn't even have a dolly! And I live on the 2nd floor. Very courteous. Very personable. Very professional. Talked to me through out the move in process. A smile goes such a long way, and he provided that. So that made me feel a lot better. (If you've ever paid someone to do work for you & they were cold & never cracked a smile, I don't know about you, but I'd immediately suffer buyer's remorse & leave that guy 1 star based on that alone) The only 2 cons: I expected him earlier so I did become worried the job wouldn't be completed in time. The PODS driver was coming to pick up the unit at a specific time & I didn't think we'd be finish unloading it. So, yes, minor panic attack there. And, 2, I didn't know about (or realize) the 3 hr minimum. They did about 1.5 hrs of work. HOWEVER, the service was sooo great, that it didn't bother me as much as it would in other circumstances. They did not have the hidden fees I found with other partners of the website - so, I was very happy about that. I would definitely use them again and again. THANK YOU.

We had dollies in our vehicle but did not use because your move was a straight shot with stairs, and the POD was closer to the stairs. It's hard to load stuff on a dolly and climb stairs with.
