- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Additional man power is available upon request. (No limit). -Standard travel fee for local moves is $80. -Flat Rate pricing available upon request. -Carrier liability: A household of goods carriers liability for loss or damage is .60 cents per pound, per article unless the shipper agrees to a greater level of liability -Company is not responsible for loss of time due to unsafe weather conditions, Traffic, or delays caused by customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1- Give us a call directly to provide detailed information about your specific move. Step 2- You'll then receive a formal quote to view from us directly. Step 3- Accept quote to finalize your date and time frame. This is done with a simple click that will automatically set you up with an account manager who will facilitate your move the rest of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-We have weekly meetings and training in various areas of the moving process. -We address issues that come from the customer in regards to performance to continuously meet high standards.
