- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour depending on the number of movers the client may request. Price may fluctuate due to gas prices rising Discounts as mainly offered to returning clients Our price does not change once we arrive at the clients pick up location. We keep our quotes constant regardless of the flight of stairs involved or elevator. Our quotes stay the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at G.A.M we prefer simplicity when it comes to working with new customers or even or previous customers. To start we typically want to know location of pick up and drop off, what size home/apartment you have, how many men your wanting, if your wanting pack and move or just move. Each customer is different and we customize to fit the customers needs. We reach an agreement and we schedule them in for the date and time they prefer. The client is required to sign our work contract right before we begin the job. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring along 10 years of experience providing moving and packing services. I assemble and disassemble almost any furniture or appliance. my work speaks for itself. I love what I do, however stressful it may be for most clients, I’M HERE TO TAKE THE STRESS AWAY. I also posses a degree in Business management. I know how to run my moving company professionally and also care for my clients. We handle your property like ITS OUR OWN.
