The workers called ahead of time to confirm and arrived earlier than the agreed upon time. It was comforting to know they were waiting outside until we were ready to begin. My elderly mother was not totally prepared for the move, which frustrated me, but the workers calmed down the whole situation and just started wrapping items and getting them on the truck. They refused to let either of us get frustrated or flustered. The lead guy, I believe his name was Rynaldo, just took control and both of them did everything with a smile!!! We are so grateful we called Morales Moving & Delivery. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
