Our technician took about 2 hours and 20 Minutes to install 11 curtains. Afterwards when he was done, you stated if you could put a towel rack up for you in your master bedroom since he was still on the Clock which he did. After that you stated “ you forgot to add another curtain to the invoice that goes on your back door” Which our technician begin to installed, but the measurements were incorrect. So, since he was on the Clock, you told him to wait while you call Home Depot and try to figure out the exchange policy. After 10 minutes or so you told you told the technician he can leave since you had to customize the curtain. At the end when the technician left your residence. The time was 2 hours and 45 minutes. He was there. We have GPS on our vehicles to confirm this. As for the Valance falling off, there’s snap on it.
