Client Assistance & Liability Policy
To ensure the safe, efficient, and professional handling of your move, MOUNA Logistics maintains the following policy regarding client participation and liability:
1. Exclusive Handling by Movers:
All furniture, appliances, and personal items must be handled solely by MOUNA Logistics staff during the move. Clients and/or their representatives should not lift, push, pull, or otherwise assist with moving items unless expressly authorized by the lead mover on-site.
2. Prohibition of Rushing the Crew:
Our crew is trained to move items with care and in compliance with safety standards. Clients must not pressure, rush, or demand that movers perform tasks at unsafe speeds. This includes urging movers to take shortcuts through tight spaces or to handle oversized items in unsafe ways.
3. Liability Waiver for Client Interference:
If the client or their representative assists in moving, loading, unloading, or handling any item or interferes with the crew’s process MOUNA Logistics will not be held responsible for any resulting damage to furniture, property, or personal belongings. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Furniture damage (e.g., broken parts, scratches, dents)
• Glass or mirror breakage
• Appliance damage
• Damage to walls, floors, stairs, or door frames
4. Unsafe or Non-Standard Handling Requests:
If a client insists that an item be moved in a manner our crew deems unsafe (e.g., pushing instead of lifting, forcing items through narrow passages), MOUNA Logistics will document the request in writing. Any resulting damage from such requests will be the client’s sole responsibility.
5. Early Termination or Service Refusal
If at any point the crew determines that client interference is creating unsafe conditions or increasing the risk of damage, MOUNA Logistics reserves the right to pause work until the interference stops, or in extreme cases, to terminate the service.
6. Acknowledgement
By hiring MOUNA Logistics, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms, and understands that any damage occurring during or after client-assisted handling is entirely at their own risk.
